Thomas N. Bertrand
Tom has spent a lifetime involved in sports, entertainment, and business matters. He currently owns BSIX CORP and is a majority owner of SPORTS VILLAGE DEVELOPERS INC., and the Odyssey Sports & Wellness "Brand". He is an adjunct member of the prestigious Round Table Group based in Washington DC as an expert in his field. Tom served as coach on the floor at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, World Championships, Paris, 1992 and coached several athletes to the National Team. His first student, Mike Inglis achieved a ranking of 5th in the World in Men's Gymnastics at the Indianapolis World Gymnastics Championships in 1991. Mike was one of only two North American male gymnasts to make finals; the other was American, Scott Keswick.
Tom created the concept of after sport experience through his various companies. After sport experience enables athletes to continually leverage the skills they worked a lifetime to achieve. His company has produced and managed shows in the United States, England, Australia, and Canada. Tom began the Sports Village concept after leaving The University of Toronto where he served as Varsity Coach. Tom was voted Coach of the Year in 1987, by the Canadian Inter University Athletic Union (CIAU) and has won numerous national achievement awards. The Odyssey project is Tom's clear vision of how sport could be intertwined with a way of life and social interaction.
Tom is passionate about sport, and was Executive Producer for The Extreme World Cup, part of the Café de Colombia World Cup of Water Skiing, televised in both Canada and USA. Tom created show live entertainment product (Sport based stunt shows) for LEGOLAND Windsor (England), Australia's Wonderland (Australia), LEGOLAND California (USA), Canada's Wonderland (Canada), Hanna Barbera Land (Texas, USA) and numerous smaller amusement parks like Miami Seaquarium (USA), The Canadian National Exhibition (Canada), and Thorpe Park (England), Sea World of Australia. Many still showcase Tom's creations.
Tom served as consultant for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines on their "Project Genesis" later called Oasis of The Seas, the world's largest cruise ship now sailing Tom served as a creative and technical source in planning the entertainment component for a major attraction on Oasis. This attraction is "World First", and is likely to become the mainstay of entertainment aboard this class of ships.
Tom's companies BSIX CORP and BSIX PRODUCTIONS INC. created PIRATES UNLEASHED for VILLAGE ROADSHOW and Sea World of Australia currently playing to audiences on the Gold Coast of Australia daily. This 25 minute Live Action Adventure features gymnasts, high divers, actors and stunt work.
Larry S. Lazarus
Mr. Lazarus has lived and worked in the Phoenix metropolitan area for over 30 years, during which time he has earned the reputation of being one of Arizona's most talented and well-respected land use attorneys. He has been engaged in a broad range of activities to advance clients' interests in the protection of property rights and the processing of real estate development approvals. His success is due, not only to his promotion of sound land use principles and good public policy, but to the basic respect he shows to people from all walks of life.
In 1979 he was chairman of the Urban Form Directions for the City of Phoenix and was significantly responsible for establishing the Village Concept Plan -the most comprehensive set of land use policies of its kind in the state at that time and even today -promoting the ability of people from diverse backgrounds to live, work and play in our city. Mr. Lazarus has been a driving force in appropriate, well-planned development, from high-rise office buildings to planned residential developments, from light industrial buildings to community centers, resorts, golf courses and other recreational facilities, from downtown high-rise luxury condominiums to downtown affordable work-force housing, from urban in-fill redevelopment to development of Native American community properties, the Phoenix Campus of Care and Solar and other alternate energy land uses.
He has published numerous articles and has lectured on land use, planning, development, design and community involvement in the planning process on local and national levels. He has worked in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada and is admitted to practice law in Arizona, Illinois and Iowa.
Mr. Lazarus earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctorate from Drake University.
He is a member of the Anti-Defamation League, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Greater Phoenix Leadership, Phoenix Community Alliance, Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, Phoenix Environmental Awards Committee for Valley Forward, the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors for Samaritan Health Systems and is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Banner Health Systems. He is past chairman of the following organizations: Phoenix Board of Adjustment, Valley Forward Association, Arizona State University's College of Architecture Council for Design Excellence, and The Anti-Defamation League State of Arizona as well as the Southwest Region. He was a founder of the Frank Lloyd Wright Society.
Jordan R. Causer
At a young age Jordan took an unusual interest in business, investing hours reading and studying books related to business development, ownership and entrepreneurship. At fifteen Jordan created his first company, Teccuity. His passion for business ownership and development would lead him to his current position as president and majority owner of Urban Shadow Inc.
Jordan continues to study and seek out ways to improve and grow his company through innovative thinking, strategic alliances and hard, focused work. Urban Shadow, Inc. is an internationally award winning tension structure company that has been a competitive force in the industry for over ten years. He has continued to develop positive relationships with many well respected clients, such Fulton Homes, US Botanical Gardens and Village Road Show, LLC a billion dollar publically traded company headquartered out of Australia.
Jordan Causer was manager in two business offerings and was director of a public offering, Tenshon (formally, Shade Down Under).

Robert M. Bertrand
Robert M. (Bob) Bertrand 63 is a Team Member of BSIX Corp.
Mr. Bertrand started his career in Canada working for Allied Chemical Corporation, an international chemical manufacturer. Starting with an entry level position, Mr. Bertrand quickly rose to become one of the youngest Managers ever appointed at the company. During his 20+ years at Allied Chemical, Mr. Bertrand was consistently recognized as one of the company's top performers in the country. The Canadian Division was spun off and sold in 1987 and Mr. Bertrand continued in his Materials Manager role for the new company. Mr. Bertrand left General Chemical in 1994 to become the Chief Information Officer for the Essex County School System where he was responsible for digitizing the schools. Mr. Bertrand moved to Atlanta in 1997 where he was Vice President-Strategy for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation and he led the IPO that took HomeBanc public on the NYSE, raising $288 million dollars.
M. Bertrand served two terms as a trustee for The Essex County Roman Catholic School System and served two terms as Chairman of the Board in 1984-85. Mr. Bertrand also served as a trustee for St. Anne's Catholic High School. Actively involved in sports, Mr. Bertrand was the varsity coach of Villanova High School Hockey Team and coached youth hockey and soccer for many years.
Mr. Bertrand studied Chemistry at Western Ontario Institute of Technology, Statistics at Penn State University and graduated with a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2004.
Mr. Bertrand is married to Susan, has four children and four grandchildren and currently lives in Alpharetta, GA.
Andrew Kolikoff
Mr. Kolikoff's diverse and extensive background combines his talents and interests in business, real estate development, product development, government, academia, not-for-profit and the environment. His knowledge in these arenas is creatively applied in his business ventures and volunteer activities
